Present a neighbourhood clinic with 20 years behind it as the reference for implants and full-arch prosthetics in Belém: give every treatment its own page and shorten the distance between a question and a booking.
What we did
We designed and built the site in Next.js with the App Router, prerendered and served from Vercel. The hero pairs a carousel of the clinic's photos with a real-time 3D tooth rendered with React Three Fiber and HDRI lighting, which turns, tilts and sinks as you scroll, driven by GSAP ScrollTrigger and Lenis smooth scrolling. The model only loads after the page does and never runs for visitors who ask for reduced motion. Each of the five treatments has its own page, and the Treatments menu opens all of them with a photo. The contact form sends nothing to a server: it writes the message and opens the clinic's WhatsApp. Dental-clinic and FAQ structured data, plus geographic metadata, describe the clinic for local search.
We put a 3D tooth on the scroll and made the contact form a WhatsApp chat, the channel the clinic already answers on.
Product
Every treatment got a card and a page of its own, and every path through the site ends in the clinic's WhatsApp.
On the phone
On the phone the tooth stays in the hero with a more damped scroll, and the navigation becomes a menu button.
Details
In the details, the same navy and bronze: a menu with photos, a story that reveals itself and a footer from below.

There is no hover on a phone: every card already shows its description and the link to the treatment.
