ASTENA has no development on sale yet: the first one is “coming soon”. The site had to present the developer through the decisions it makes, from land to handover, and open a conversation with whoever wants to hear first.
What we did
We designed and built the site in Next.js with the App Router, prerendered and served by Vercel, with Tailwind CSS v4 and two families: Cormorant Garamond for headings and Montserrat for the interface. Motion is GSAP with ScrollTrigger, SplitText and DrawSVG over Lenis smooth scrolling: the manifesto lights up word by word, the pillars are uncovered by a clip, the method pins its side column with an odometer that rolls the numbers, and the Perspective section draws 64 frames to a canvas as you scroll. The architecture and interior images are concept references, and the site itself labels them so. The contact form stores nothing on a server: it writes the message and opens WhatsApp. Metadata, organisation structured data, an image sitemap and an LGPD privacy policy complete the delivery.
Before the first building, the method: a site that sells five decisions and turns the form into a WhatsApp chat.

On mobile
“Developments for those who choose”: the opening line ends on a word that changes, letter by letter, in gold.
Product
With no building to show, the site sells judgement: five steps, from land to handover, and a contact that becomes a chat.

Details
In the details, moss, ivory and gold: a manifesto that lights up on scroll and a footer that appears from below.
